Over the years, TWR has performed forensic engineering investigations on a wide variety of building systems and other building issues. We apply engineering principles to the investigation of failures or other building performance problems. We determine how materials and products fail, including mechanical integrity of equipment that has deteriorated due to corrosion, fatigue, damage, exposure to fire, abuse, or improper manufacture. Our services for forensic engineering also includes expert witness testimony on the findings of investigations.
