Our staff of engineers has proven experience in effective and cost-conscious designs, construction administration, and building commissioning for projects ranging from multi-story high rise hotels, office buildings, and condominiums to small retail tenant improvements. LEEDing the way…
All of the firm's principals are LEED® Accredited Professionals, and Bui Wei is a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA). This allows TWR to use its extensive knowledge to bring a project from the initial schematic design through construction and LEED Certification while allowing us to commission the energy efficiency and accuracy throughout the project.
TWR Engineers is a minority-owned and certified firm. We hold minority certifications to provide professional engineering services. Among these include Miami-Dade County Public Schools, School Board Broward County, Broward College, Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, and the South Florida Water Management District. Because TWR is a boutique MEP firm, we are nimble and efficient with no corporate layers of bureaucracy. We realize it's all about personal attention.
